A strong group of supply chain leaders in the room, and exactly the kind of open, honest discussions you hope for from a roundtable like this. Dale Edwards led the session, centred around a simple question: when your demand signal stops being reliable, what do you actually do?

What followed was a really valuable exchange of ideas and real experiences. From improving forecasting accuracy on critical SKUs, to connecting demand sensing into existing planning environments, to where AI is starting to play a more meaningful role.

One thing was clear. The challenge is not a lack of data. It is knowing how to respond when that data becomes less reliable.
