On 30 September 2026, Bios Management completed the acquisition of Real Document Solution, a company specialising in the digitisation and automation of document processes and a DocuWare partner.

The acquisition marks another milestone in the growth of the Bios Management Group and further strengthens its Digital Transformation offering by bringing together specialised expertise and established know-how in the management and digitisation of document processes.
