Bios Management announces the acquisition of London Solutions Consulting, a firm specialising in Corporate Performance Management solutions and integrated planning processes, further consolidating its growth journey and expanding the value delivered to clients.

A More Complete CPM Offering

This acquisition marks a significant strategic step for the Group, completing and strengthening its CPM offering by adding new expertise on Tagetik, Oracle and Anaplan alongside its already established capabilities. An expansion that will enable organisations to be supported even more effectively across planning, consolidation, reporting, disclosure and finance transformation processes.
