BGM SPECIAL EDITION 2021

A week has now passed since our annual Bios General Meeting. This year it was a very special edition: BGM SPECIAL EDITION 2021!

December 9, 2021, an unforgettable day at the Pala Alba Capitale, in Piazza San Paolo in Alba, on the occasion of ALBA Capital of Corporate Culture 2021 (An initiative of Confindustria for a country more aware of the founding value of industrial and productive identities, oriented towards growth and inclusion).

There were many topics covered and the emotions felt by the over 120 Bios consultants present at the event.

Institutional moments and playful moments were alternated, retracing the 16 years of the history of Bios Management up to today, where emphasis was given to what have always been the corporate values, such as optimism, collaboration, team and shared objectives such as developing the potential of our customers, enhancing human resources, their skills and working with a strong spirit of competitiveness towards international growth.

Particular attention has been given to everything we have proudly achieved in the year that is about to end: the opening of the new headquarters in Santa Vittoria d'Alba, the opening of new offices in Bologna and Paris, the revision of the institutional logo that has gave life to a new logo and therefore to a new corporate identity, opening of new business lines, new acquisitions, introduction of the Welfare plan, commercial and marketing initiatives, as well as the performances achieved, acquisition of new customers in Italy, but also all abroad and above all the new talents of Bios were presented, which only in 2021 goes back to +45 new resources.

Obviously, the presentation of the strategic plan and all the 2022 initiatives was a highlight worth mentioning: commercial and marketing initiatives, value initiatives for each individual Lob and internal innovations such as the introduction of Bios Training Lab (Training and Academy, Training Portal) , the Yammer portal, Bios Boutique, Team Building Activities and BGM Spring Edition.

During the event, there were also moments of awards for resources, two new important positions were presented, such as that of Coordinator and Head of Professional Service World Wide and that of Coordinator and Head of Professional Service Markets and we gave space to some interesting interviews to guests of honor whom we still thank for having lent themselves.

In particular, we thank Giuliana Cirio – General Manager of Confindustria CuneoElena Guardini – CEO of Guardini SpaAlessandro Avignolo – General Manager of Brugnoli SpaMarco Orrù – CIO of the Egea GroupDaniele Castelli – Group Industrial Controller of the Ferrero Group and Simone Festanti, a former colleague of Bios, who has now become our client by going to work for the Kering Group.
