Sergio began his career path in Accenture and then joined, as CFO, the Fiat world for 3 years and moved on to L'Oréal for 14 long years of success, reaching the position of General Manager of Operations Italy.
In 2006 he became General Manager of Deborah Milano and in 2010 he founded his own Transition Management company, which allowed him to deepen his knowledge of very diverse markets and channels of Italian entrepreneurship.
He led and implemented major projects of demerger, merger, acquisition, and divestment, always guiding the reorganization of work processes, related to major corporate transformations, accompanying them with the necessary changes in information systems.
Over the years, he has developed a marked ability in implementing business development and innovation, designing, implementing and governing organizational, cultural and technical change.
