Banca d'Alba is a Cooperative Credit Bank, ranked first in Italy by the size of the company structure.
The continuous growth of the new and ancient Bank has been increased by a policy of expansion that has established solid roots from the territories of origin, to consolidate them every day more in the other 6 provinces. To become more and more the leading bank of its territory, it has put the quality of its work at the service of people, families and businesses.

Needs

Banca d'Alba's objective was to improve and optimize the information management process by integrating the needs of the Risk Management function with that of the other management control functions.

Solutions and benefits

In order to allow an integrated management of the planning and risk management information flows, the project consisted in the development of an integrated Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management platform. The final result was that of processing information coming from the various data sources, analyzing and sharing all the Bank's numbers (from the final balance to the Budget) for each individual branch up to the individual customer relationship. Set up a Strategic Planning Tool and budget consistent with the objectives required by management and the constraints imposed by banking supervision.
